Hi all,
Hope everyone is having a lovely August! We have some fantastic events in London over the next few weeks and we’re also preparing for a busy autumn with even more opportunities to connect, learn, and build relationships across the industry.
19 August: LiRE Investment Club Incubator, kindly hosted by Corporate member S&W Group from 6:15 PM. We’re continuing our discussion on the Château Project as we explore investment structures, underwriting and how a project moves from concept to execution.
20 August: LiRE Networking Breakfast, kindly hosted by Womble Bond Dickinson from 8:00 AM. Pooja Karia (Get Living), Julia Morrow (Grainger PLC), and Caroline Donaghue (The Power Lunch Club), will join WBD’s Bela Zavery for a discussion about female leadership and owning your spotlight.
10 September: 5050 Breakfast, kindly hosted by Quell. Registration opens in mid-August. TOPIC: We’re hoping to cover the Office market; if you'd be interested in joining the discussion or speaking on this topic, we'd love to hear from you.
15 September: Early registration is now open for corporate members and paying subscribers for our next Meet the C-Suite with Jenny Wang from Sunrise Real Estate! Spaces are very limited at the link below!

Over the coming months, I’ll be launching a series of LiRE Courses designed to share practical lessons from building LiRE and my own career in real estate. Each session will focus on topics that members regularly ask about: including building your personal brand, networking effectively, public speaking, business development and career progression.
Rather than generic advice, these videos will share what’s worked (and sometimes what hasn’t) through my own experience building communities, businesses and partnerships.
I’d love your feedback, and if there are topics you’d like me to cover in future, please let me know.
The first course builds on Beatrice Ronchetti's excellent guest edition by looking at one of the questions I get asked most often: how do you build a personal brand that people actually remember?
