On "Shibboleths" and Social Media Rage

A long time ago now I wrote in a post that I wanted to spend some time unpacking what I mean by “cultural Shibboleths.” The notion of “Shibboleth” comes from Judges 12, where by using a difficult word to pronounce they were able to tell who was with them and who was not.
