Summer is FLYING BYYYY y’all!!! I missed doing my June roundup and now it’s already almost the end of July. What?!
Summer always seems to go way too quickly, but I’ve been really trying to soak up being here in LA for most of it and taking advantage of the city — lots of patio wine at sunset, outdoor dinners, pool days, hiking, park hangouts, farmers market trips. I’m a little embarrassed to admit that I haven’t yet made it to the beach, largely because I’ve been really busy on the weekends and the whole ordeal of packing up and trekking west just seems a bit overwhelming. BUT mark my words, I will be making out to Malibu before summer is over!
Hope you’re all having a good one, too. Without further ado, let’s recap what I’ve made this summer!
I added chopped white chocolate and dried blueberries to my favourite cookie of 2025 and was thrilled with the result (you will be too).
If you read the title of this recipe, I have to respectfully ask: what more could you possibly want?
Inspired by the iconic Maman latte, this at-home version is stupidly easy and allows you to have a delicious coffee treat whenever you fancy one!
Yes, we’re still making salmon bites in the summer and yes, they are fabulous with sesame-soy zucchini.
A summer version of our favourite cake from last year (seen here with peaches and here with cherries). We love her!!!
Focaccia gone wrong actually turned into a lovely surprise because my burnt focaccia turned into croutons, which inevitably led to a chicken caesar and I’ll never say to that.
See you Wednesday! xx
