I’ve been thinking a lot about what happens in the middle of our lives.

Midlife doesn’t always feel like a crisis unless you are coming back from a really big change. And, what happens isn’t always because we’re broken, either.
What can happen to anyone is that suddenly how you’ve built your identity and the person you’ve become–and even the lifestyle you’re living no longer matches who you are.

And this feels uncertain and maybe even a bit scary.

Somewhere between raising families, building careers, caring for others, navigating loss, and simply trying to keep up with life...many of us wake up one day and quietly wonder:

Who am I now?

If you’ve ever asked yourself that question, I created something just for you.

Beginning this Thursday at 11:00 AM Pacific, I’m starting a new weekly Substack Live series—a place where we can gather in real time to explore what it means to rediscover ourselves, reclaim our joy, and create a life that feels deeply aligned with who we are today.

We’ll be walking through what I’m calling The Seven R’s of Reinvention:

✨ Recover — Finding your footing again.
✨ Release — Letting go of what no longer serves you.
✨ Reevaluate — Asking what truly matters now.
✨ Repair — Healing the places that need compassion.

These won’t be lectures.

They’ll be twenty-minute heartfelt conversations.

I’ll share stories from my own life, lessons I’ve learned through grief, love, healing, and reinvention, and practical wisdom you can begin using immediately. There will also be time for your questions because I believe some of our greatest healing happens together.
