CORRECTION:
Because of some great folks working on election integrity in Florida, we were able to get some removed voter registrants IDs they obtained through record requests in their county. With that data, we tracked down a bug in our removal reporting and we got it corrected.
Below are the updated numbers now showing that the Florida SOEs are indeed removing registrants from Florida voter rolls.
But with those numbers, we still see patterns where a suspiciously high volume of registrants are added to the roles in Oct 2024 and then higher than normal amount of registrants being removed in Dec 2024.

The People’s Audit has a one-of-a-kind type of analysis that documents all the changes to the voter roll on a monthly basis. We then use this data to document what each county’s Supervisor of Elections (SOE) is doing to ensure that what they’re reporting to the state and their residents aligns with what is actually happening in the voter rolls.
As reported in the Epoch Times on Sept 11, 2023, we use this same monitoring system to discover Palm Beach County’s SOE, Wendy Link removed over 53,000 registrations, some of which showed voting by mail, during the November 2022 General Election. And then put them back into the active voter rolls after the election.
The proof is undeniable, because we are comparing each month’s voter rolls and documenting what changes between those months. It’s their data and we are just auditing the changes. Each Voter ID is compared monthly.
We now have 42-months of voter roll data in Florida, and we can see some troubling trends that need immediate explanation.
Below is our latest “Voter Roll Maintenance” report where we can derive the net changes to each month’s voter roll by documenting and counting the following circumstances:
To Active = A voter with a status of Inactive in the previous month is moved back to Active Status. There may be totally legal reasons this happens, so we document and monitor each one.
Added = A voter who was not on the voter rolls in the previous month is added. Of course, there are new people who are being added to the voter rolls each month, but this also picks up people who were previously deleted and added back. And some suspiciously new registrations with older registration dates.
Move In = Signifies a registrant being moved IN to a county. To that county this would appear as a new registration.
Move Out = Signifies a registrant being moved OUT of a county. To that county this would appear as a registrant being removed.
(NOTE: The reason these two columns seems to cancel out in the table below is because it is the state-wide totals. For every “Move In” there has to be a “Move Out” state wide)To Inactive = A voter with a status of Active in the previous month being moved to Inactive Status. This is typical Voter Roll Maintenance when people move out of state.
Removed = A voter who was on the voter rolls in the previous month is now removed from this month. The most common case we saw monthly was the deaths, but also per state law registrants that remained Inactive for a period of time were supposed to be removed as well.
Net = Summing the positive changes (To Active, Added, Moved In) with negative changes (Moved Out, To Inactive, Removed) gives you an estimated GAIN or LOSS to the ACTIVE vote roll for that month.
Below is the full table of 42-months of data we have in Florida so far. Please pay close attention to the “Removed” column.
If you ignore the outliers in November & December of 2022, there has been an average of 25,000 registrants being removed states wide monthly. That tracked closely with deaths reported each month state wide of adults over 18.
As it should, because state law requires Florida Supervisors of Election MUST COMPARE information supplied by state and federal agencies to identify deceased registrants and removed them from the voter rolls within 7-days of receipt of that information. Florida Statutes 98.075 Section 3
Those are the immediate removals, but Florida Supervisors of Elections also need to CONSTANTLY identify and remove:
Duplicate Registrations
Non-Citizens
Felons
Mentally Incapacitated
You would think that registrants that have moved out of state would also be included on that list, but the current process involves those registrations only being marked as Inactive. Then after 2 Presidential Election cycles (ie 8 years) and only if that person has not voted during that time of inactivity, they would be removed from the voter rolls.
So there should be a constant monthly stream of registrants being removed from the voter rolls in Florida…
But something strange happened in April 2024.
Because in May of 2024, ACROSS THE ENTIRE STATE, every county except for Sarasota essentially STOP REMOVING ANYONE FROM THE VOTER ROLLS.
Now the reports that are sent in to the Secretary States office are typically just forms, literally filled in by hand. So I’m not sure if the SOEs are still reporting that they are removing registrants to the state.
I doubt the state even audits what the counties report because, they would have caught this by now. Who knows? Maybe the vendor is putting back everyone the county tries to delete?
But the data does not lie…
And I believe we can all agree 17 months of this trend is NOT “a glitch.”
Now the question is, WHY IS THIS HAPPENING STATE WIDE?
DeSantis bowed out of the presidential race in January of 2024 and the Republican Party of Florida (RPOF) met in May of 2024 to change their by-law which immediately turned the state wide organization into MAGA hunters.
I find it incredibly hard to believe that 66 counties (everyone except Sarasota) across the state of Florida all started acting the same way and especially when you clearly sees this violates state law. Republican and Democratic SOEs all seemed to come together on this one.
Would Supervisors of Election boldly ignore state laws on their own or where they told to stop doing list maintenance. Who told them?
All I know is President Trump is constantly bringing up the election fraud that happened in 2020 and looks like we are heading for another coup for 2026.
Why are dirty voter rolls even an issue?
Well, the Florida voter rolls can reviewed by bad actors with the same readily available tools we use to audit the voter rolls.
Bad actors can identify harvestable votes by finding:
Registrations with bad addresses that will result in their mail ballot going undeliverable.
Registrants that have moved out of state.
Registrants who have died.
If they have been monitoring elections for some time, they can also identify people who may be registered, but don’t typically vote.
The problem with just marking registrants as Inactive as opposed to removing them entirely from the voter rolls, is votes coming from Inactive registrations ARE NEVER DENIED.
If a mail ballot request is made from a registration who is inactive, they will just be flipped back on to Active status.
So Florida election officials are basically winking to the bad actors that our voter rolls are ready to harvest. And our SOEs appear to be winking to the Secretary of State and Director of Election that they’re following Florida law.
“Trust Me” is no longer cutting it.
