Woo boy, in the year 2026, we have teams drafting Nate Boerkircher 100 picks earlier than consensus, Jeff Caldwell going undrafted, and Kaelon Black was the 3rd running back off the board. Life comes at ya fast.
Personally, I have one league I enjoy playing in where we draft before the NFL draft. I am heading into a rebuild, reluctantly had lots of picks, and I don’t think I’m happy with anyone’s situation lol.
It will take a few weeks to get a reliable public market value on picks, but I will give y’all my thoughts below.
DISCLAIMER: My model order is going to disagree with the public consensus order in ways you may not like. I tend to treat players as “tiers” the tiers are more important than the order. If player X has a 91 and player y has a 90, the order doesn’t really matter (hit rates are identical when that close). Both players are in the same tier.

I am going to group players into tiers. These are a combination of the model results and my personal thoughts on landing spot etc etc. All model results will be below.
