Harold W. Anderson (July 30, 1923 - December 17, 2015) is the former publisher of Nebraska's largest daily newspaper, the Omaha World Herald, and first American to be president of the International Federation of Newspaper Publishers was one of the men who abused a Paul Bonacci. The abuse began when Paul was 9 years old.

The World Association of News Publishers (WAN-IFRA) and the International Federation of Periodical Publishers (FIPP) announced an agreement to merge their operations, effective January 1, 2026. The merger will unite global networks of over 20,000 media brands and technology companies across 120 countries.

Will the public ever get the “Epstein files” or learn the names of the infrastructure to which he belonged? The answer is no.

What follows is a slice of life look at what happened to Paul Bonacci, whose MK-Ultra handler was my abusers’ (RIKLIS) brother-in-law former Congressman Gary Ackerman. Anderson began abusing Bonacci when he was 9-years-old.
