I’m grateful to be learning that wisdom lives in the long arc of experience, and only reveals itself when we listen closely.

By listening to others, I’m becoming wiser, and more grateful to those who have found me and supported me.

I’ve found wisdom in music too, and one of my all-time favorites is this story by Tom T. Hall from 1972, Old Dogs, Children and Watermelon Wine.

A gentle reminder that wisdom sometimes whispers in the simplest moments, and we won’t hear it unless we truly listen.
