You go in for a regular handshake but then you each do a “sike” with your hand and bring it up to your face with your thumb nearly touching and your fingers pointed up like a rooster and you wait a beat and then wiggle your fingers while you scrunch your nose and turn a grin and stare into their eyes and make a serious, silly, creepy face until either you break or you make them break.
