The Unwritten Path is now available.
Some of you have been with these reflections for a while now. Some arrived recently. Either way, thank you for reading.
Today is the day.
The Unwritten Path publishes.
For those who have asked what the book is, here is a short answer I can give. It is a contemplative fable. A character named Sam walks through inner landscapes most of us quietly carry: fear, control, obligation, the weight of identity. Each one speaks. Each one has something to return.
It is not a memoir. It is not a self-help book. It is closer to a long walk in the company of what is usually unseen.
Much of what these reflections have circled, the book holds in story form. The two are companion works. If the posts have meant anything to you, the book is the longer current beneath them.
Five years ago, a hospital bed and no certainty about what would follow. Today, the work that began in that season takes physical form. I do not take that lightly. Today it leaves my hands and meets yours.
For those who would like a copy, the retailer link is at the foot of this post. There is a 30% discount through Troubador, the publisher, using code UNWRITTEN30. The book is also available internationally through Blackwell’s with free shipping, and through Amazon and other major booksellers.
To everyone who read early drafts, held space, or simply replied to a post with a quiet word — thank you. You are part of how this took shape. More than anything, I hope something in the book meets something already known in the reader.
The work continues. The book is just one chapter of it.
With gratitude,
Kenechukwu
