Prof. Asherson works on clinical, quantitative and molecular genetic studies of ADHD; clinical assessment and treatment of adult ADHD; and since 1998 is a senior member of the UK National Adult ADHD Clinic (est. 1994) at the pioneering and world class NHS mental health hospital, the Maudsley.
