Vanilla Lemon Delight

Ingredients:

• Family size package golden Oreos

• 2- 22 ounce lemon pie filling

• 4 1/2 cups of milk

• 3 3.4 ounce boxes Jello vanilla instant pudding mix

• 8 ounce Cool Whip

• Optional lemon slices and zest for garnish

Instructions:

1. Place a single layer of Oreos on the bottom of a deep 9x13 aluminum tray. A standard 9x13 will work but may be filled to the top

2. Spread one can of lemon pie filling evenly over the Oreo base

3. In a separate mixing bowl add the milk and pudding mix then blend until well combined and thickened

4. Fold in the Cool whip until the whole container is incorporated

5. Take the fluffy pudding and spread about half of it evenly over the lemon pie layer in the tray

6. Add another single layer of Oreos into the tray on top of the pudding

7. Spread the second can of pie filling over the Oreos then spread the rest of the pudding evenly over the pie filling

8. Garnish with lemon slices and zest plus a couple crushed Oreos

9. Place in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours before serving
