Five minutes ago there was new snow on the mountains and now my cousin’s husband’s already been to the Copper and there’s new fish in the freezer. Grilled salmon dinner season is hitting SO FAST. This year, I challenge you not to slip into your usual pink-green-and-white salmon dinner rut. You know your predictable salmon dinner profile. A fish, steamed broccoli and rice pilaf person? Or, maybe, a fish, grilled asparagus and pasta pal? Same ol’ same ol’ is nostalgic and the kids will eat it but what if you didn’t play it safe?
