we begin with a question many here have pondered - and still ponder ..
How do we prevent the intractable Commonwealth from being able to do a Covid trip on us again?
Answer:
Each State leaves the Commonwealth
Bonus points answer ..
.. which in turn
allows each State to finally
prosper
.. by just returning to the way things were .. pre-1901
except now
all the States have grown up
.. and no longer need the failed public servants in Canberra who betrayed the lot of us throughout covid
.. and who keep failing us all with their economic grift, graft and theatre
this folks, is what I have been busy with, researching and writing to show (with my esteemed co-authors) how all of the statements above are true, once you run the numbers and look under the hood to see what each State has got, and what they can really do after cutting-out the parasitic and bloated middleman - Canberra
.. starting .. one State at a time, with

.. instead, under the burden of Canberra’s million-dollar+ salaried experts - the same ones who disabled & injured & killed more Australians during covid than SARS-CoV-2 did - Australians, and especially Western Australians, continue to lose wealth daily due to very intentional ‘policy choices’
the forever dominant two party system (Lib & Labour)
and their complicit State party actors/henchmen
Want You Poor and economically weak
but
- it can be easily stopped -

here is the short version of what Secession is about:
Secession by Western Australia — a major economic, legal and governance manifesto examining the case for Western Australia’s peaceful transition to nationhood. The manuscript sets out a detailed blueprint for sovereignty, fiscal independence, constitutional design and institutional reform.
At the core is a pro-business fiscal model in which a 20% Universal Royalty Rate (URR) on resource sales replaces corporate and personal income taxes, payroll tax, and most charges (with a streamlined GST retained), reducing compliance burdens (>90%) while maintaining fiscal viability on a Norway/Qatar-style discipline.
Result: a sovereign Western Australia becomes, in effect, a globally competitive free-trade and investment zone.

respectfully, that is not the way to look at this ..
.. prior to Federation in 1901 and before the idea of the Australian Commonwealth government existed, all the Colonies of Australia (aka ‘States’ after 1901) looked after their own business, and did business with each other - just like we do today
Prior to 1901, some who were born here called themselves ‘Australian’ (as early as the 1830s), but most citizens called themselves a Victorian, or a New South Welshman, or indeed, a West Australian .. and nearly all called themselves British subjects
Well, we threw off the shackles of the Brits, didn’t we, where post 1901 and especially after the Nationality and Citizenship Act came into force in 1948, being ‘Australian’ became the default and de rigueur
WA, by seceding from the federal governance layer that came into force from 1901, is simply returning to its roots - when it managed its own affairs - and when it - like all the Colonies before 1901 - truly made and built Australia by themselves
the Commonwealth got inserted into the affairs of the Colonies
and then started taking control
where now, that control has run the country
into the ground
.. yes, the Colonial leaders leading into 1901 tried to recreate the wheel and instead nobbled everyone with a (nearly) perfect added layer of governance able to divert this country’s wealth away from its rightful owners - You
WA, which has never stopped talking about secession after a majority voted for it in the early 1930s - can now step-up once again - being the pioneers they are - and reclaim all that is lawfully theirs - the wealth of the new Western Australian nation
.. and in the process, do away with penal bonds like
Income Tax
Capital Gains Tax
and all the other 13 odd taxes an honestly run Commonwealth
should never have imposed
.. while also bringing its state government to heel ..
cutting out ALL the fat
and in so doing, get rid of car rego fees
and every other tax and charge and license fee
used to milk Sandgroupers with
for too long
for no good reason
.. makes you angry after you look at the figures and run the numbers, and see what Canberra (and their complicit State counterparts) have been lying about, for so very very long
anyhoo .. *shaking the anger off* .. this is not about reprisals against the generations of Liberal and Labour party actors, who have been selling Australia’s resources out the back door to foreign multi-internationals
it is about - as I said above - just walking away from Canberra’s chronic liars and going-it alone, just like before 1901
.. by taking one’s bat and ball with them
for good
long time readers here will understand this segue from covid crime fighting to showing how WA can go-it-alone and break away from the very dangerous and vapid, grifting and grafting Commonwealth ..

Medical Freedom
create from the ground-up
honest departments
not lethal & corrupt failures like the Therapeutics Goods Administration
and, like we have done with our blueprint for Western Australia
create a new Constitution that no longer speaks about ‘breaches’ of Human Rights
but instead calls those breaches for what we know they are
- as covid taught us all -
Crimes
- Constitutionally mandating jail time -
yes, our (draft) new Constitution for Western Australia catches every single bureaucrat for any ‘breach’ of Human Rights - we renamed them all Human Law - where every breach is a crime, and no position or office can avoid jail time for messing with The People in a new Western Australia

so here we are folks .. continuing the journey .. this is what covid brought - solutions - but solutions extending beyond what we all needed so desperately during covid - the protection of our individual autonomy - to also the protection of the wealth born from individual toil, which was already being stolen from Australians before covid, with the theft accelerating, seemingly, after covid
the perfect distraction from all things covid
- the covid crimes -
the perps pivoted
and brought harder economic hardship to everyone’s door
except theirs
.. no, not to the doors of those receiving political salaries & pensions
nor million-dollar+ salaried public servants who to tell us
what we can’t have or do
- just like, you know, prison wardens & jailors do -
well, no .. enough is enough
especially when the stolen wealth includes the natural resources all Australians own, which resources are (were) meant to be exploited so as to lessen the daily toil of all Australians
other resource rich nations have been honest about all this
and those countries and their People have gone on to do great things
.. look at Qatar and Norway
It is time ..
for Australian leaders to start
.. being Honest
but we won’t hold our breath
Western Australians can cut the cord and just get on with looking after themselves, and in the process, prosper like never before .. become wealthy, basically .. and become the envy of States and nations everywhere

I will return should any substantive issues or information arise or arrive in respect of previous covid posts here, but for now, with the failure of the Trump administration to order a stop to the covid vaxxines, and Secretary Kennedy Jnr being (it seems) prevented from stopping the products (as he can legally do), then there is nothing further can we do as lawyers .. the system and our elected public servants failed, betrayed, and deserted us .. well, most of them - we know the good guys
.. .. we ran every best effort along every path and down every alley .. the bastards were simply too well prepared, and had bought everyone off, up and down the lines of authority, including the courts
but we tried .. and were able to keep going because of the support we received from across Australia, and right here in this substack
