I've begun to be irked by the concept of adding 'delight' to a product, when most products ignore the wider emotional and social needs of their users.

It's humbling to design for an India that struggles with English & tech comprehension, and despite the struggles, accomplishes so much by using their phone in English. Some light-hearted observations:
