We’ve been here this week for a lovely totally chilled family holiday in Menorca, I had just hours to unpack from The Hamptons, and throw some new things in my suitcase for this trip - and it’s been blissful switching off for the week, after what feels like a month of none-stop business!
In today’s post, I’ve put together my top recommendations for The Hamptons. What a magical, fleeting visit it was. You all know what a fan I am of Daylesford, so when they invited me across the pond for their trunk show (with just 3 days notice!), there was simply no way I could say no. *Between Nantucket and now The Hamptons, I'm beginning to think the universe is trying to tell me something...perhaps my second home awaits on the East Coast after all.
From beautiful breakfasts and charming boutiques to some of my favourite hidden gems, I’m sharing everywhere I loved, alongside a few of my Daylesford favourites from their summer collection.
I’ve also been trying to be a little more intentional with my mornings lately. Each year, I grow more conscious of the products I use every day and the small rituals that help me start the day feeling my best. This week, I’m sharing one of the simplest swaps I’ve made to my morning routine, proving that sometimes it’s the smallest habits that can make the biggest difference.

Thanks to my travel morning routine setting me up for the day, I was able to make the most of every moment in the Hamptons. Even with just a few days to explore, I discovered so many wonderful places that I couldn't wait to share. Here’s my Hamptons travel guide…
Where to eat:
Carissa’s the Bakery - Located in East Hampton Village, this bakery is quite possibly the most beautiful in the Hamptons.
Tutto Caffé - This little spot is so charming for breakfast or an early lunch after wandering the boutiques of East Hampton.
Ralph’s Coffee - You know how much I love a matcha from Ralph’s, so of course this was on my list!
Sant Ambroeus East Hampton – Known for its expertly crafted espresso and delicate pastries, I had heard so much about this spot, and it did not disappoint!
Round Swamp Farm Market & Bake Shop - A beloved local market known for its fresh produce, prepared foods, and baked goods.
What not to miss:
East Hampton Main Beach - This really is one of the most beautiful beaches in the Hamptons. I would recommend arriving early with a coffee and simply spending an hour walking along the shore.
Long House Reserve – I didn’t get time to go, but I wish I had! If you’re a fan of the vibes of RHS Gardens, then I think this would be for you!
Bookhampton - Is there anything more rom-com inspired than spending a morning exploring a charming town and wandering into a bookshop? - I think not!
Farm & Forage – What a beautiful spot filled with seasonal produce and flowers.
Tate’s Bake Shop - Home to New York’s most famous chocolate chip cookies and a lovely stop for breakfast or coffee before exploring Southampton. I may have overindulged, but it was so worth it!
Coopers Beach – I didn’t realise, but it turns out this beach is consistently ranked amongst America’s most beautiful beaches. If you have the time, I’d recommend bringing a striped towel, a good book and spending the afternoon doing very little at all.
Topiaire Flower Shop - The most quaint and pretty flower shop! If I was staying longer, I would have 100% bought a bouquet for my room.
Jamagansett – This jam and bake shop is a must-visit!! Everything was just so tasty and so well presented.
Jack’s Stir Brew Coffee – An absolute must for a morning coffee.
The Roundtree – Even if you’re not staying here, it’s worth stopping by. One of the chicest boutique hotels in the Hamptons with beautifully manicured grounds and serious Nancy Meyers vibes! I did hire a bike and it just felt so wholesome and magical.
Amber Waves - You have to visit Amber Waves. It’s this gorgeous nonprofit farm and market with the best field-to-plate cafe, fresh flowers, and local goods
Cucina Alba – One of this summer’s most sought-after reservations. Think Amalfi Coast meets Montauk with beautiful interiors and exceptional Italian food located on the waterfront.
Montauk Yacht Club – Located in the largest marina in The Hamptons, this resort is just incredible! I did book myself in for a post-jetlag treatment at their Elemis Spa Cabana (on a YACHT!) before spending the afternoon relaxing with a good book.
Duryea’s Montauk – Perhaps the most photographed lunch spot in the Hamptons, this spot was just beautiful! I’m not overly keen on fish, but the lobster cobb salad was highly recommended.
Montauk Point Lighthouse - This is America’s oldest lighthouse and the perfect time to visit is at golden hour.
MY SUMMER FAVOURITES
As always, Daylesford have truly mastered the art of effortless hosting. The new collection feels so joyful for summer; timeless enough to treasure for years to come, yet playful enough to make every table feel like a celebration. I have a feeling these will become perennial favourites in our home.
