Zuup · Zuup

Most students just don’t care about it.

We’re trying to change that.

This week, we’re officially opening Zuup Clubs.

The idea is simple.

If you’re a student, find five friends who want to build something.

Find one teacher or principal who’s willing to support you.

We’ll take care of everything else.

A beautiful website on zuup.dev.

A complete curriculum.

Weekly workshops with founders, engineers and creators.

Certificates.

Hackathons.

Research paper support.

Industrial visits.

Cloud hosting and PostgreSQL databases.

Startup mentorship.

College counselling.

Events.

Community.

All completely free.

Whether you want to start a Robotics Club, AI Club, Coding Club, Entrepreneurship Club, Cybersecurity Club, Design Club—or something completely different—you don’t need to build everything from scratch anymore.

We’ll help you do it.

We’re not asking schools to adopt another program.

We’re giving students the tools to build communities that actually last.

If you’re a student, teacher, or principal, we’d love to work with you.

Applications on the website are temporarily unavailable (our engineering team would appreciate if everyone stopped finding bugs at the same time 😭).

Until they’re back online, just send us an email at jagrit@zuup.dev.

Let’s build something your school will actually remember.

When we started the Summer Cohort, we expected we’d spend most of our time teaching.

Turns out...

We don’t have to.

Over the past few weeks, something interesting has happened.

People have naturally started splitting into teams, taking ownership of projects, helping each other, and figuring things out without someone constantly telling them what to do.

Some are working on marketing.

Some are designing.

Some are reaching out to schools.

Some are building products.

Some are writing documentation.

Everyone has found something they’re genuinely excited about.

That’s probably been our favourite part.

Not watching people complete assignments.

Watching them become teammates.

They’re asking better questions, giving each other feedback, solving problems together, and taking responsibility for work that actually matters.

That’s exactly what we hoped the Summer Cohort would become.

Not another online course.

A place where students learn what it’s actually like to build alongside other ambitious people.

And honestly...

They’re doing a pretty great job.

After months of registrations.

Weeks of building.

Days of judging.

We’re finally here.

The results are ready.

We’re just putting the finishing touches together before announcing them this week.

Good luck to everyone who participated.

Seriously.

We don’t envy the judges.

Students keep asking us the same question.

“Where do I deploy my project?”

So...

We’re fixing that too.

We’re building server.zuup.dev.

A place where students can spin up Ubuntu virtual machines in a few clicks to host websites, bots, APIs and whatever else they decide to build.

Right now it’s running on ZimaOS while we test everything in beta.

Eventually?

We’ll build the platform we actually want.

Until then, we’re just excited to get free servers into students’ hands.

Unfortunately...

We don’t.

Between Clubs, Servers, FarAway, the Summer Cohort and everything else we’ve somehow decided to build...

We’re hiring.

A few new roles just opened up.

Co-Founder

Bring partnerships and big ideas.

Earn equity.

Chief of Special Projects

For the people who hear ridiculous ideas and somehow make them happen.

Social Media Associate

If your camera roll is mostly edits and your For You page is research.

Club Leaders

Want to build something at your school or college?

Start a Zuup Club.

Lead it.

We’ll back you.

No impossible requirements.

Just ownership.

Apply Now

Maybe.

That’s genuinely all we can say right now.

If this turns into something real, it’ll easily be one of the biggest things we’ve ever done.

Until then...

We’ll keep our engineering team stressed and our lawyers happy.

Join the Slack if you want to hear about it before everyone else.

FarAway winners.

The first Zuup Clubs.

More schools joining.

More products shipping.

Possibly an announcement we’ve been trying very hard not to accidentally leak.

See you next week.
