Apparently everyone wanted to talk to us this week. | Zuup Weekly #8

Last week we introduced Zuup Clubs.

This week...

Twelve new clubs joined.

That means more students, more teachers, more schools, and a lot more people deciding to build communities instead of waiting for one.

If you’re still thinking about starting a club at your school or college, applications are still open.

Five students.

One teacher.

We’ll handle everything else.

This has probably been the busiest week in Zuup’s history.

Our Slack has never been this active.

More conversations.

More questions.

More projects.

More late-night messages.

Honestly...

It’s been amazing to watch.

Communities only become communities when people actually start talking to each other.

This week, you definitely did.

Unfortunately...

Most of them got sick.

At almost the exact same time.

On top of that, I’ve just shifted to university, which means balancing Zuup and college has been... interesting.

Support tickets piled up.

Emails piled up.

Everything piled up.

The good news is that operations return to normal tomorrow, and we’ll be working through every pending ticket as quickly as possible.

Thanks for being patient with us.

It genuinely means a lot.

A quick reminder.

If you’ve already emailed support@zuup.dev or jagrit@zuup.dev, there’s no need to send the same email again.

All incoming emails are automatically processed through mail.zuup.dev before reaching us.

Sending the same message multiple times won’t move it to the front of the queue.

It’ll probably just confuse our already sleep-deprived inbox.

One email is perfect.

We’ll get back to you.

You know that feeling when you press one button...

...and suddenly everything becomes exciting?

Yeah.

A bug briefly caused some selected teams to appear as waitlisted.

Not exactly the surprise we were hoping to give people.

The issue was fixed quickly, and everyone affected has been updated.

To everyone who emailed us within approximately 14 seconds of noticing...

Fair enough.

Zuup keeps growing.

Which means our team does too.

This week we welcomed two new Program Leads, who’ll be helping us build better experiences, support more students, and keep everything moving as the community continues to grow.

Welcome aboard. 🎉

We’re putting the final touches on something we’ve been quietly working on for a while.

Our space program collaboration is getting closer.

We can’t say much yet.

But we can say this:

You’re going to want to stick around.

Support tickets get answered.

More clubs launch.

Our venue is finally locked in.

And, hopefully...

Next week we’ll manage to ship something without accidentally creating another support ticket.
