Superimposition of Life Operating System Schematics

In life we all possess coping mechanisms as a means of dealing with the world and its challenges. As we get older these evolve however, life changing experiences might lead to whole-scale redundancies. Old coping mechanisms are rendered obsolete and are no longer applicable requiring that they be replaced in their entirety by new.

In fact the new are superimposed upon the old in condensed form that needs to be unpacked. The irony is that in order to deal with this new superimposed coping mechanism, you need a new coping mechanism. At the same time life progresses, circumstances are changing and the opportunity to apply the new mechanism poses a challenge in itself.

Thus you learn through trial and error. You can compare this to a download of an update to an operating system in a computer. It requires high speed multi-processing and adaptation to real life, moment to moment situations. The download is received as a rote, and this is unpacked and applied as challenges are already in progress.
