New Window Into My Work

It’s commonly known that positive daily habits can help us in our personal lives, working lives, and with our physical and mental health. I think I may add updating my website to this list, as a daily habit of small updates felt like the only way I got this task over the line.

That’s of course until next year when the same situation presents itself, but for now it feels great to have achieved this small yet important step.

Hi and I hope your weeks going well. Perhaps daily habits are helping you in a small or significant way too, I hope so.

If your day allows, I hope you may have a small window to view my updated website, and meander through the new and re-edited work.

Easy to navigate and full of stories old and new, as well as work in progress. My site is carefully curated to give a sense of my aesthetic and the many projects I have been fortunate to be involved with.

Links to my Online Shop as well as my archived Substack, Instagram or other social media are easy to navigate to as well if you choose.

I’m a contemporary artist whose work focuses on the land, communities, climate change and the environment. My photographs have been exhibited at the National Portrait Gallery and the Royal Academy of Arts and I was shortlisted for the International Photographer of the year at the Lucie Awards.

I work nationally and internationally. The work considers landscapes and the people who inhabit them, revealing this complex relationship through a combination of intimate detail and sweeping panorama. I’ve been led around the world whilst creating stories, from the deserts of North America and South-American rainforests to the Arctic Circle or the Highlands of Scotland.

Since its foundation, I’ve worked closely with the charity If Not Us Then Who?, producing a body of work that highlights the role Indigenous Peoples play in protecting our planet, as well as mentoring young Indigenous artists with their practices.

I regularly work on self-directed and commissioned projects, from editorial, to commercial, and of course more in-depth storytelling projects.

Coming soon I’ll hope to share with you some more new work. As I’ve just worked on a cover story for The Guardian, as well as being interviewed for a wonderful new podcast. All of which I’ll be able to share imminently.
