For this month’s live session I’m hosting a Parisian style workshop. There will be time for wardrobe Q&A and I will use the rest of the hour to share everything I’ve learned about style since moving to Paris.

When I arrived in the city of light, as a capsule wardrobe lover I thought I knew a lot about style - but living here changed my understanding of it.

How much further I had to go!

There are lessons you can only learn from living a culture and there’s so much I want to share. What chic really means, the etiquette of style, adapting a budget, dressing our body as art, marrying simplicity with maximum impact, balancing uniform with individuality, curating personal taste. I could go on, and I will…

This will be useful if you’re feeling overwhelmed by your wardrobe, looking to overhaul it, struggling to find confidence to dress in the way you’d like to and or would love to know how those Pinterest worthy outfits are put together as well as why they work. By the end you’ll have clarity, a clear framework and peace of mind.

It might not be for you if you’re a joyful maximalist who enjoys a butterfly of colours and patterns and options. But, of course you’re still just as welcome to join us and I’m sure there will be value in what I share for you too. Especially as a style lover. This session is more about the philosophy of style, the framework underneath it. Once you have the vocabulary, how you construct your sentences is up to you.
