We’re soon to cross the halfway through the year mark. Can you believe it?

I’ve been reflecting on the intentions I wrote down back in January, the word I chose to guide me through and the dreams I wished would come true. It was reassuring to feel I’m taking steps to embody all of them, that even though the final results are still out of reach, the foundations have slowly been falling into place, often in ways I wouldn't have predicted.

And then I realised how much I had to share about this. There’s so much I’ve learned, questions I’m grateful I asked and simple but powerful methods that have kept me on track without leading to burnout.

I want us to come together to unpack our year so far; honestly and with trust in what we can and cannot see. If you feel the need to take a breath and gain clarity, this is for you.

Next Friday 12th June at 7.30pm London time I’m hosting a live one hour session here on Substack for paid subscribers. A half year check in. We’ll look at our words of the year, our intentions and where we actually are versus where we thought we’d be. We’ll connect with our intuition to gain understanding of this, free from judgement with an open heart. To recalibrate, to release what’s no longer serving us and to recommit to what still matters.

If you’ve joined our sessions before you’ll know this is not a productivity session. It’s a safe space to be honest with yourself and quieten the noise so you can hear what’s trying to come through in the company of those who are doing the same work. And I’ll be there to guide you through.
