This week is for grape diagrams.
Fun little nicely-balanced visual/verbal thing is that starting with a set of four words can build into a set of ten words while also ending with a single punchline. And it looks fruitfully organized and legitimately designed, even if the playfulness underlying the image is not at all organized.
This is the sort of exercise I do to keep myself from thinking predictably or robotically. I’m acting here as my own self-checking captcha, a fact and that feels especially valuable and wholesome lately.
