Welcome to the newsletter for all things Jeremy and his Kazoo, The Kazoo Revue!

Jeremy and his Kazoo is a kazoo-core, jolk folk act from Regina, SK. While this project is only about 2 years old, I’ve been a musician for over 30 years.

I’m starting this newsletter as a way to stay connected with my community, make my blog more useful and have a more long-form way to share what I’m up to!

Plus, this newsletter is going to let you in early on what I’ve got coming up next - information you won’t find on my website, Instagram or Facebook page.

Even though I haven’t had a lot of shows since my performance at TeleMiracle 50 at the start of March, it’s been anything but quiet around these parts!

I spent February in the woodshed writing a bunch of new material as part of FAWM 2026. I finished the month with 24 new songs and spent March and the first couple of weeks of April developing a handful and trying them out at open mics at The Cure, Pumpjacks, Free Bird and The Hive.

I headed into Splitlevel Sound on April 9 to record Beef Dylan, American Kazoo and Trevor’s Tincture for release in the next few weeks. While I’m not over the moon about the recordings, I think they’re a great start and should be an excellent jumping-off point for something a bit more substantial.

The next few months will have me back on stage performing all over Saskatchewan. I’m excited to get back on stage for new people! Here are my upcoming performances.

This edition’s secret

One of the benefits of this newsletter will be learning about what’s coming up next before anyone else. I’m going to try sharing a secret about what I’m working on or what’s coming up next here.

This month’s Kazoo Revue secret is that I have some new stickers coming out soon!

I ordered 800 silver Jeremy and his Kazoo stickers in January 2025. I’ve been giving them away for free to anyone I talk to or who I run into at my shows. And I’m nearly out of that first run!

So, it’s time for a new batch, but I’ve made a little bit of a change this time ‘round.

Yup, I’m upgrading to gold! Come say hi and ask for a new sticker if you see me at a show! I’ve got 1200 to offload this time!
