You know her from all the stories… now it’s finally time to meet my mom. In this week’s Just One More Thing, Jana King shares the secret dream she’s held onto for years, the hobby that’s bringing her joy these days, and the surprisingly brave purchase that’s become her entire personality (according to me 😄).
⚖️ Her secret dream?
Believe it or not, she always dreamed of serving on the Supreme Court. The only problem? She never wanted to become a lawyer first. She still thinks she’d look pretty great in the robes, and honestly, I agree.
🎨 What’s bringing her joy?
Watercolor painting. A few years ago she picked up a paintbrush, joined a weekly painting circle, and discovered a hobby she genuinely loves. She’ll be the first to tell you she’s not trying to be perfect; she just enjoys creating.
🚗 The bravest thing she’s done recently?
Buying the convertible she’d dreamed about for years. For two of the most frugal people on the planet (my parents!), it was a huge leap. Now she drives it with a smile every single day. And yes, I bought her Ray-Bans to complete the look.
