You Don’t Need More Content

Because there may be a whole lot more money sitting inside what you’ve already created than inside whatever you’re thinking about creating next.

Those clips can become posts.

That isn’t being repetitive.

It’s giving a good idea more chances to find the person who needs it.

PRODUCTIZE IT

Ask a question most creators never ask:

What could someone buy from this?

An article could become a short book.

A series of posts could become a guide.

A LIVE could become a mini-course.

Several LIVEs could become a workshop.

A process you’ve taught repeatedly could become a program.

Which leads to one of my favorite lines from the show:

Your next product may not need to be created.

It may need to be found.

DISTRIBUTE IT

Sometimes your content doesn’t need to be better.

It just needs more chances to get discovered.

Email.

Substack.

Video.

Podcast.

Social media.

If 12 people saw a great idea three years ago, that doesn’t necessarily mean the idea failed.

Maybe the distribution failed.
