Sometimes, another’s post inspires or clicks on a random dig. I don’t even recall the exact nature of the post that got me going on this - without reviewing my history. No matter.
I began a dig around former CIA director William Joseph Casey’s OSS file from back in the day. His 46-page overview of his military & civilian work starts with the basics - Long Island guy, father was government employee in New York City who died in 1935, St. Johns lawyer - to Casey’s posting to head up the European Theatre of Operations (ETO) for the OSS, while based in London. This wasn’t new completely, as I linked up his time at the climax of Germany’s defeat with the arrival of an intrepid Brooklynite in one Donald Barr.
Some Snippets from Bill Casey’s military/OSS personnel record:
Casey’s work for Leo M.Cherne (starting in April 1938) at Research Institute of America (RIA) was the subject of an expose at a top-tier magazine, The New Yorker, in 1940.
RIA was located at 292 Madison Avenue. Casey gave that as his forwarding address to Uncle Sam as of late August 1945. Bill Casey (who was recommended for the Legion of Merit) stayed attached to that Madison address right up until his Reagan Administration inclusion.
Casey was known for his espionage and tax advisement for years - a true money man - not so unlike his youthful protégé, coming from Bear Stearns, in Jeffrey Epstein. Casey was legal adviser/outside counsel to Bear Stearns right before become the USA’s top spook with a Vice-President known too for his spookiness.

While affiliated with the law firm Rogers & Wells (1976–81), Casey became Reagan’s presidential campaign manager and was subsequently awarded the directorship of the CIA in 1981. Under his leadership, covert action increased in such places as Afghanistan, Central America, and Angola, and the agency stepped up its support for various anticommunist insurgent organizations. He was viewed as a pivotal figure in the CIA’s secret involvement in the Iran-Contra Affair, in which U.S. weapons were sold to Iran and in which money from the sale was funneled to Nicaraguan rebels, in possible violation of U.S. law. Just before he was to testify in Congress on the matter in December 1986, he suffered seizures and then underwent brain surgery; he died from nervous-system lymphoma without ever testifying.

Little did I know about Directors Casey’s attachment to 292 Madison. Of course, its large building, with tons of floors, and the like, but that makes it all the more exclusive for those who might schedule a meet up between concerned parties.
Glenfarne Group has been discussed in great detail on this Substack as the holder of 3 LNG Export Projects that attached back to the Biden Laptop in dozen or more ways. Glenfarne garnered access to Magnolia LNG in Spring of 2020 as COVID-19 was on everyone’s mind. Glenfarne took over the project from another Aussie-led company (LNG Limited) as the private equity financial backer - First Wall Street Capital pulled out. FWSC had former CIA director R. James Woolsey on its board as Senior Advisor alongside Federal Judge Eugene Sullivan, a law partner of Louis Freeh, former FBI Director, and good buddy to the Biden family.
FWSC then shared its 399 Park Avenue offices with STARR INSURANCE, ran by AIG’s former CEO Maurice Greenberg. STARR was formed back in 1919 by Cornelius Vander Starr in Shanghai. (Neil) STARR assisted William Casey’s boss - Wild Bill Donovan - in OSS intelligence operations in South East Asia during WW2. A pattern later repeated with Bushes.
Also - Greenberg’s right hand Chinese Man was Xiaopeng Rick Niu, who also knew Hunter well (and his lackeys for CEFC) and visited the Biden White House at least 9 times, many times 1-on-1 with top State Department Advisors.
Rick Niu has long-time intel friendships, including former CIA Director & General David Petraeus. Petraeus met up with Syria’s new leader - leader of ISIS - Ahmed Hussein al-Sharaa[g] (born 29 October 1982), also known by his former nom de guerre[h] Abu Mohammad al-Julani.

A long time ago, I did this graphic that shows how complex the ownership and relationship of Hunter Biden’s Blind Trust was. In January 2025, Alaska LNG was added to Glenfarne’s portfolio (a secret deal worked on for many months) and Trump’s administration has blessed it via EO and State of the Union mentioning.
