You might be sitting on your billion-dollar idea right now, tossing it aside because it doesn’t feel “urgent” enough.

Hey gang,

The economy’s got everybody a little on edge right now. Whether you’re feeling the pinch or just want to pad your income, side hustles and extra revenue streams are everywhere in the conversation.

I’m no financial investment guru—but I am fluent in small business, sweat equity, and showing up consistently. For over a decade, I’ve built multiple recurring and passive income streams, powered purely by creativity and work ethic.

Here’s the truth, though:
I never made money when my only goal was to make money.

Every real breakthrough came when I stopped chasing cash and started chasing value—when I poured my energy into building high-quality, meaningful products and experiences people could return to again and again. Sometimes that took months, sometimes years. But eventually, the income followed.

If I’d only followed the quick-money trail, I’d have taken the first fast paycheck I could find. And if I’d done that, we wouldn’t be having this conversation.

This is about the byproducts of intention. It’s about planting the right seeds—even when the soil feels dry and the sun’s not out yet.

I’ve been in those low points. Hours scrolling job boards, paying for “premium” listings that promised to help me compete for jobs I never landed. I thought I was being productive, but really, I was just chasing a paycheck—and running in circles.

Looking back, I wish I’d spent those weeks learning a skill, writing a song, cold-calling potential clients, or building my own brand value. The return on investing in me has always outperformed chasing someone else’s payout.

So… why not hire yourself?
