What does success mean to you? What I’ve Learned From Executives, Leaders, Artists, MBAs, and Students

These conversations were honest, vulnerable, and a powerful reminder of the importance of embracing your authenticity. Some talked about time. Others about impact, joy, values, courage, legacy, creativity, and peace.

So many of us inherit definitions of success without ever choosing them. I feel so strongly that everyone should define success for themselves - and therefore everyone should be measuring success differently. I truly believe that I am the person who decides whether I’m successful or not. I hope reading these different perspectives inspires you to reflect on your own.
