Hey folks,
This afternoon Josh Jacobs was officially charged with two misdemeanour counts associated with his arrest earlier this summer. Notably, the charges were reduced from what he was initially booked on, but he had not yet been previously charged.
There is also somewhat contradictory reporting regarding the presence of a video and what exactly it shows. Apparently it corroborates material elements of the victim’s account, but may or may not capture the entirety of what is alleged. To this point it has not been leaked.
I’ve seen a few confident proclamations regarding this issue and I wish I could give you one, but as of now my primary take is uncertainty.
