I’m not going to lie - this week has been a bit of a rough one. Last Wednesday night the power went out in our house as I was cooking dinner. Luckily it happened while I was just about done and it turned back on in the middle of the night. Then on Friday we came home from a company picnic we had for the company Joe works for and realized we had no water pressure in our house. Joe tried replacing everything possible all weekend only to find out we have a leak somewhere underground. Yay for homeowner life! Needless to say, our dinner plans didn’t go exactly as expected, so this week’s roundup is one dinner short. Hopefully next week brings five dinners, running water and a little less chaos! 🤍
