This release adds support for Base64-encoded messages.

The project is a Request Tracker extension, for RT 4.2 through 6.0. It alters email while it is being received by RT, removing text and any associated image attachments appearing after a reply delimiter such as "##- Please type your reply above this line -##". This helps to reduce clutter in correspondence and keep it readable.
