I hope you’ve been having a great week and have something to look forward to this weekend. Ohio has been getting pummeled with so much rain and storms that it’s been making me think even more about fall reading. It’s funny how much the weather influences my reading. However, it’s not just the weather that’s got me pondering fall reading. I went to the grocery store this week and they had Halloween candy and decorations out. In August. Every year the stores do this for Halloween and every year I say it’s too early! But….maybe it’s not too early to talk about fall books:)
I’m definitely not ready for spooky/scary October reading, but I’ve started taking a much closer look at the fall releases and many are giving me high levels of readerly anticipation.
