I’m Katarzyna from Scuola AL DENTE, and in the video above I walk you through exactly how to start learning Italian from zero using the free materials on this Substack.

👉 Day 1 — 15 minutes: Useful Expressions
Learn and practice the Italian phrases we use throughout the whole Italian for Beginners course, expressions that come in handy both in lessons and in real life, like “I don’t understand, can you please repeat?”
👉 Day 2 — 20 minutes: Italian Pronunciation
This set of lessons teaches you how to read any Italian word, with a fun twist: we focus on words from an Italian menu, so you’ll immediately know how to read (and order!) every dish you want.
👉 Day 3 — 15 minutes: Greetings
Learn how to say hi and hello the Italian way: which words are formal, which are casual. All through hands-on practice.
🤸 Every lesson comes packed with practical exercises, so you actually retain what you learn and can use it right away.
