Fridays at Four (fridaysatfour.co) is live! It’s an AI business partner that helps keep you on task and guide you through your business journey. Inside the platform, you work with Hai - your AI project manager who’s specifically focused on helping people about to start a business.

If you have an idea you’ve been playing with but not sure where to start, Hai will help you clarify your idea and then build out a week-by-week timeline of EVERYTHING you need to do to make that idea a reality. He then keeps track of what tasks you’ve done or not done, and emails you weekly with what you’ve completed and what you have coming up. You can upload all your business documents and he keeps track of everything you ever talked about.

Rather than applying for that permit at the last minute that you should have applied for 6 months ago, Hai will make sure you remember that today is the day to start that process.

The thing I’ve found most useful is how he keeps you on task and learns what your strengths and weaknesses are. A weakness of mine is doing work I should be delegating, and getting off task on fun coding projects. When he sees me veering, he pulls me back on task. It’s amazingly effective. Just yesterday I set up a whole cold email system and created legal docs for the app - huge workday, and there were several moments when I would have been pulled off focus that he brought me back.

We all have the things we’re good at and not so good at. Hai learns these, and keeps a bird’s eye view on your whole project, so you can focus on actually creating.

When I started ForageSF I had no clue what I was doing. I had a good idea, but exactly zero experience of how to make a business. I learned and stumbled and made mistakes along the way, which I don’t regret, but if I’d had this, I would have still made mistakes, but I would have had a place to go to get feedback on them within the context of what had come before.
