Took me 30 years to notice, but each line in “Rebirth of Slick” by Digable Planets starts with a different pronoun. From an era before using pronouns themselves would be read as some sort of political statement. (I think I pay more attention to lyrics now as I give the kid a musical exposure upbringing)
