coming from an anti routine rebel turned ritual book author for some context LOL (shameless plug to Good Morning Intentions ha if you don’t have it ) Now rituals are one of my biggest passions because of how much they allow me to have the freedom I desire, which took me some years to understand.
To give you a lil more of an idea of how far I’ve come with this, I used to avoid consistency so much so that I was mad at my amazing step dad in high school for making salmon every Sunday night because it was too boring for me. Don’t worry, I apologized and was begging for the BBQ salmon after being in college for a year ha, but I just had this perception that anything repetitive wasn’t creative enough for my free-spirited soul. It felt like a contradiction to my being.
So you can image the surprise it was to me realizing after being on my spiritual journey for a bit that instead of being the enemy I had created it to be, rituals and routines were actually one of the biggest keys to the freedom I cared more about than anything else. It also came with a different way of accepting rituals, which was doing them for myself, not because it was a part of the office SOP or something that was being forced on me.
And I find for a lot of spiritual entrepreneurs, there is this shift where you take full accountability for your life and realize that if you are going to live outside the confines of a job you don’t like or doing things in a way society has told you is the only way to live, it calls for you to set up your own systems if you want to be on the thriving train.
This is how I came to a lot of what I teach which is this beautiful balance of masculine and feminine energy. To allow my kundalini energy, my creativity and my gifts and intuition to vibe high, I need supportive systems to save me time and allow everything to run without my constant attention.
I am the queen of feminine efficiency, mostly because I was determined to prove to myself that having fun running a business as a single mom was possible, and that my rituals were the key.
Before I walk you through the actual ritual, I want to share something that makes this whole approach different from every productivity system you’ve ever tried and abandoned.
Most planning systems are built from hustle energy. They are designed to get more out of you. More output, more tasks, more hours. And if you are a spiritual entrepreneur, a healer, a lightworker, someone whose gifts are the product, that approach will drain the very thing that makes your work powerful.
Kundalini is different.
Kundalini is the energy of awakening that lives within you. It is your life force, your creative power, your capacity to receive clarity and act from a place of truth rather than fear. The reason I built my Sunday ritual around kundalini practice is because I learned the hard way that the planning only works if the energy is right first. You can time block your whole week and still feel scattered. You can write down your goals and still feel disconnected from them. But when you drop into your body, clear what’s heavy, and tune into your highest guidance first, the planning becomes an act of alignment rather than an act of control.
This is the kundalini lifestyle. It is not about doing yoga every day for hours. It is about living in a way that keeps your energy clear, your nervous system regulated, your intuition sharp, and your capacity to receive wide open. Your business grows from that state. Your visibility becomes magnetic from that state. Your offers land, your content connects, your clients find you, from that state.
So when I share this ritual, know that it is not a productivity hack. It is an energetic foundation. And it is what I teach inside everything I create because it is what actually works for building a spiritual business that feels as good as it looks from the outside.
