Hello Neighbors -
Thank you to all of you who have completed the community feedback survey on the proposal by DC Blox to construct a data center in Warren Township. As a reminder, this survey is intended to inform my position on the use variance request that DC Blox has submitted to the Metropolitan Development Commission (MDC), as well as my engagement and position in discussions surrounding commitments, community benefit agreements (CBAs), and proposed tax incentives.
If you have not yet taken the survey, please do so by end of day today, May 31st. I will be sharing the survey results and next steps ahead of the June 11th hearing.
If you are unfamiliar with the proposed project, you can find information in my May newsletter (which can be found here). Additionally DC Blox has provided additional written responses to questions that were posed during the April 27th community forum. Those responses are linked here.
