I have been looking into starting the next cohort of Profile Strong, a format of working with a lawyer (group and individual sessions with a lawyer) to help you build the strongest possible EB-1A, EB-2 NIW or O-1 case (through 6 months of focused evidence collection with a lawyer).
I will also have some personal oversight over how your case progresses.

I started this format after coming across countless instances of applicants who felt like their lawyer did not care about their case. For example:
One applicant (who has around 20 years of experience) recently shared that he started working with a lawyer 8 months ago. In 8 months, he has had 2 meetings with them and feels like he has made no progress on his petition.
One applicant (who has around 18 years of experience) recently got denied for EB-1A after working with a lawyer who was not involved at all in the petition process. He had to put together his own petition, received an RFE, and then got denied.
One applicant started working with a lawyer two years ago. He still has not filed and feels like he has made no progress on his petition.

An experienced lawyer who will be able to start working with you from 6 months before filing to help guide your case development and evidence collection, answer questions, and help you avoid spending time on irrelevant activities/opportunities. As part of the application process for Profile Strong, you will be assessed on whether you are 6 months away from filing.
My assistance with profile-building (suggestions for opportunities to target individualized to you, introductions to certain opportunities, etc.).
Members will get individualized calls with their assigned lawyer and will be able to ask questions about profile-building and recent adjudications in group sessions.
Also, the focus of this format will be not just on doing activities but on:
How to think about what you have already done through your work (which can in itself be strong evidence already).
How to identify relevant pieces of evidence (a lawyer will be sharing insights on how to think about evidence throughout the 6 months).
The last thing you want in this current adjudication environment is to wonder if your lawyer actually cares about your case.
