Hosting a local Minecaft Bedrock server for Switch

I love playing Minecraft with my kids. I would play on my windows PC and they would join my game to use it's computing power to run the game. Joining a game hosted on a Switch was slow and laggy. The little handheld console simply doesn't have the power to host 3 players at a time. So this setup works because I'm playing on windows and I can invite the Switch players to my game. This will be…

3D printed dream

My son described in great detail a toy he got in a dream, a traffic cone with a ducks head sticking out the side and it's legs sticking out the bottom. He was sad that it didn't exist so naturally I spent my free time modeling it in blender and 3d printing it.

Animation practice

Still teaching myself to animate. I tried doing a bite sized practice of animating over the movement of a primative. I did a sketchy pass then a cleaned up pass overtop of that and I think I'm pretty happy with the result. I'd like to try another.

Big bot bash 2025

An incredibly late entry for Bill Making Stuff's Big Bot Bash 2025. Its been sitting in my workshop for month waiting to be painted but that's not my strong suit so I've been putting it off. Pretty happy with the results. Hopefully Bill does another bash this year. I rolled: Head: Broken Body: Bean pole Arms: Hydraulic Hands: Class Legs: Weak Flavour: Evil

Way back when people had their own websites like this, they'd have links to other sites they liked and you could spend all day just following links around the internet like a fun scavenger hunt. I present you these links in whatever order I think to add them Krita - Monsterously useful digital art software Blaz Gracar - Amazingly talented puzzle designer Kagi Small Web - Kagi is bringing back the…

Progress on The Karro Block

Painting has started and I've been practicing some graffiti that I hope to be able to make small on these walls.

I'm running an old style blog. I don't care if no one looks at it. You should do it too. I used Bludit . It's even got an RSS feed , remember those? I'm trying to get away from using social media and reviving the small internet of old. Here you will find projects I'm working on (typically game design, kitbashing, cardboard, etc) or photos and dumb ideas I have.
