Prep Time: 7 minutes

Cook Time: 40-50 minutes (mostly due to rice)

Servings: 6-7

Rice (6-7 onigiri)
  • Short/Medium Grain Japanese Rice (3 rice cooker cups or 2 ¼ standard cups)

  • Water (fill to 3 line or 2 ½ cups)

Spicy Tuna
  • Canned Tuna

  • Kewpie Mayo (1 ½ tbsp)

  • Sriracha (1 tsp)

  • Sesame Oil (¼ tsp)

  • Salt (to taste)

Nori
  • Nori (1-4 sheets depending on how your wrap)
