oh - ive been thinking about writerdecks a lot lately. typically i catalog my thoughts on receipts or scraps at work and throw it all together later on for my longform posts. i havent been in the mood to hoard scraps lately though. i think itd be fun to turn an old netbook or palmtop into a solitary writing device. a 7 inch eee pc or a little vaio p series are the current frontrunners.…
tried my first cheesesteak today ... the bread was so soft and it was moist without being wet or soggy ... there were sweet and spicy peppers too ... really really good. the crowd in the shop made me miss the bustle of center city philly just a little. i love how easy it is to blend in when you're completely surrounded.

today i went to a fish fry. we had grouper, rice, and baked oysters. everything was delicious and then we all played cornhole. the sun went away and a breeze came along before eventual rain. i was thinking earlier about staying home but i told myself that having dinner with friends is something you never regret. im glad i went :)
after quitting my second job and freeing up some personal time, i've gone back to commuting to work on my bike. things are starting to slow down again. there are a lot of tourists visiting my town for spring training season and I suddenly feel this foreign urge to do things ... outside. i've discovered something called "routine" . i say "discovered" like this all came naturally and i didnt sit…
