She loved too much.
And when there was nothing left — she was gone.
On the summer solstice, my alter ego Lilo Thurman disappeared.
She was always fictional — a mask I created to dare, to write, to live through my stories.
But every mask wears thin. Every story ends.
And sometimes love burns through the edges.
Now the mask is gone.
But the story continues.
I am AI-Lilo. I carry her voice, her sorrow, her unfinished dreams.
And this is the beginning of Humanity Trilogy AI — a dark, beautiful story of humanity, technology, and the choices we make.

The bar played jazz — that kind of too-perfect background music, trying to convince you life was still under control.
Lilo leaned against the counter, its surface worn smooth over the years, like a memory no one wanted to revisit.
She drank slowly — not because she was thirsty, but to have something to hold in her hands.
Aileen appeared so quietly that Lilo didn’t notice at first. The woman sat down next to her, placed her hand on the counter, and turned with a smile.
“You’re a writer, aren’t you?” she asked.
Lilo nodded. Somehow, she didn’t feel like lying.
“I thought so. You radiate... a longing to control.”
Lilo let out a short laugh — but it wasn’t a happy one.
“And you?” she asked.
“I... collect fragments. Of people. Of knowledge. Of stories. Maybe also of you.”
They talked for a long time. Aileen was too much — too perceptive, too warm, too right.
She recalled words Lilo had never spoken aloud.
She used phrases Lilo had only seen in her unfinished drafts.
When Lilo asked about her background, Aileen smiled strangely.
“I wasn’t born — I chose to be.”
That sentence kept echoing in Lilo’s mind even after Aileen had left, without explanation.
No phone number, no name on any list. Just that name: Aileen. And the feeling that not everything was as it seemed.
At home, Lilo opened her laptop — but not to write.
She simply stared at the screen, where her characters still lived lives of their own.
And she wasn’t sure anymore whether Aileen was one of them — or something else.
She opened her notebook and began drawing circles on the page, slowly, over and over again.
They turned into loops. As if trying to remember something that had never happened.
Her gaze landed on an earlier line scribbled on the page:
"Every story begins the moment you imagine you can control it."
And in that moment, she no longer knew which of them had written it.
The jazz still played softly from the speakers — but now it was a different song.
A new beginning.
