the book club (recovering from life support) now has its own page! / book club 2026 is up, and i've been working on a sims2log page which should be up sometime soon... but between work, finishing all the mgs games, and setting up my sims 2 save, i can't really estimate when it'll be done.
new page: / linux . i have entered an exciting new age of using my hardware and this page goes into all that thoroughly, as well as a dedicated new blog post relating to it and several entries in the digital garden. currently focused on new blog posts as well as maintenance.
new page: / now . "/now tells you what this person is focused on at this point in their life". i've got some more exciting pages in the works... if "in the works" means i haven't started on them yet but i have the general concept in my head.
happy new years everyone! i spent it with my family and friends and the harry potter movies! quick update, the medialog received a long-overdue december update, added some new recipes, and i launched a new webring, stamp society . it is a hybrid pixel clique/webring.
a whole bunch of irl things are happening at once and while it may seem that i've settled into a comfort zone of barely touching my site at all, things were actually progressing behind the scenes for a short time. i had 2 new shrines sitting at 90% done for almost a month and i finally got around to completing them the past few days! i'm happy to share my / alice .html shrine, and a new addition…
so i caved and finally made a / blog ... it turns out the digital garden was not enough to quench my desire to yap in long-form. check out my first blog entry, more to come at some point but no promises on how frequent updates will be since i hate feeling pressured </3... obligation kills inspiration
finally made a new theme for the index, it was way too overdue!! i had the previous theme pretty much since i first launched the site, with some updates over time of course. i'm probably going to make a new page to archive past themes.
summer is coming to an end; in a couple months time i'm going to be much busier so i've been trying to enjoy my free time as much as possible. i made my first shrine collection; / obscure games .html , dedicated to forgotten and obscure games i've played that i want to share with the world. the first shrine in it is / drowned god .html ! this shrine was hard to make for some dark reasons; i get…
i've been helping out my sister on-and-off over the past couple months with her website and she's finally ready to show it off! please check out what difference does it make? and say hello :) she's made such wonderful progress and it looks amazing! also added a new page, / box of oddities .html
my family and i had such a wonderful time on holiday this month. the sea was so warm and it was really great to spend time with everyone. i decided to make a gamer webring, since there doesn't seem to be one at this point. it's called gamer ring and you are welcome to join!
what a beautiful month july has been. treestump and i spent almost two weeks at the summerhouse by the lake, eating and relaxing and enjoying the sun and the water. i wish we stayed longer but hopefully we'll be back again in september, and we have our second holiday to look forward to in august, when we'll be back to greece for our yearly family trip. for now, new page / medialog .html is up,…
18th of June 2025 is officially my wedding anniversary ♡ I'm happy to announce that Treestump and I are officially married. It feels like we've been married for a couple of years already, but it's wonderful making things official. Time is being spent elsewhere but I made a new shrine in the meantime, / seasonalproduce .html It's all about celebrating the produce of my region and encouraging to eat…
I feel confident in saying that all the main pages of my site are finally all up; / linksout .html and / dmc .html are live. It was a lot of fun designing those pages and concluding the "foundation"(?) of the site. and now I can take a step back and start working on other things. Really want to churn out some small but fun pages...
The big project for my site is up, you can check it out over at writings ! It is made with the static site generator Quartz, which enables all sorts of great functionality and features for journalling or note-taking. I plan on explaining how to make your own Quartz-generated pages once I finally get around to making my /about/site/ page.
In the process of researching and making a big project for my site. It is a pretty complex undertaking for me, consisting of various languages and programs that I have never used before but I'm hoping the end result will be something worthy of displaying, as it has to do with one of the core functions of my site, which honestly I have been a bit lost on how to format until now.
I have been very busy the past week or two getting new pages ready. I'm very pleased with how / webmistress .html and / dmc .html turned out, along with the / sitemap .html page, which I am regularly updating every time a new page is launched. Now to finally get around to playing American McGee's Alice with Treestump...
Ok I lied. It was a little more than August, exactly 10 months actually, since I last touched this site. I truly don't know how I managed to put it off so long, but I'm back and I've got / root .html back in shape and looking more like how I originally envisioned it. I'll call this layout V2 for now, even though it's more of V1.5. I never did get around to writing that blog entry about our trip...…
Treestump and I will be embarking on our month long journey to the land of the free, then right after we come back we'll be off on our summer holiday to the land of the gyro. Updates are going to sparse and unpredictable over the course of the next month and a half or so, all of July and probably at least half of August (if not more). I'm glad I managed to push out everything I wanted on the home…
I've been hard at work redesigning the layout and it’s finally coming together in a way that feels right. I'm almost finished, I just need to find a music box like the one I'm envisioning (maybe try to code one myself?) I am NOT looking forward to revamping the other pages, this redesign burnt me out so much I think I'm just going to launch this page early and put an 'under construction' sign on…
