China has become an increasingly important market for Yuksel Seeds over the years. Through its local team and close cooperation with distributors and partners, the company continues to expand its presence while developing varieties that respond to the needs of local growers and changing consumer preferences.
Yuksel Seeds will make its first-ever appearance at Asia Fruit Logistica, taking place from 2–4 September in Hong Kong. Visitors can meet the Yuksel Seeds team in Hall 3, Stand 3C42.
"We are delighted to participate in Asia Fruit Logistica for the first time and showcase varieties that bring real value to growers, traders and consumers", said Ismail Gülsoy, Area Sales Manager Asia–Pacific. "China and the wider Asian market are becoming increasingly important for Yuksel Seeds, and we see strong opportunities for both our premium tomato portfolio and our innovative pepper varieties. This exhibition allows us to strengthen existing partnerships, build new relationships and better understand the needs of the market."
Visitors to the Yuksel Seeds stand will discover the company's latest developments across its vegetable portfolio, including tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, eggplants, melons and watermelons. The focus will be on varieties that combine strong agronomic performance with the quality, flavor and reliability demanded by today's market.

Among the highlights will be Sweetloom, Yuksel Seeds' premium heirloom tomato, which has twice received the Superior Taste Award from the International Taste Institute, achieving the highest three-star rating on both occasions. The company will also present its three-color Kapia pepper concept, including Herat (red), Gizem (orange) and Delight (yellow), as well as the "Creamy Cucumber 2025" project, developed around the eating experience and the characteristics that can encourage consumers to come back for more.
Alongside its strong relationships with growers and distributors, Yuksel Seeds is also looking further down the value chain, working more closely with retailers and foodservice partners to help bring more vegetables to consumers and encourage greater consumption.
"Our aim is to create awareness around our premium varieties among retailers and foodservice partners, showing not only the quality of our products, but also how they can be used and enjoyed by consumers," explained Nico van Vliet, Downstream Integration Lead.
With operations in more than 85 countries and a portfolio of around 900 commercial varieties across 18 crop species, Yuksel Seeds continues to invest in plant breeding and innovation across its vegetable portfolio. Its approach combines strong agronomic performance with a growing focus on quality, flavor and the consumer experience.
For Yuksel Seeds, Asia Fruit Logistica marks the beginning of a new chapter in its relationship with the Asian market. The company looks forward to welcoming customers, partners and visitors at Hall 3, Stand 3C42, and to sharing its latest varieties, ideas and developments with the industry.
