I just completed a new hand-made print this week in a favorite personal series! It has been fun to revisit this concept so many times, giving myself room to explore and play with the idea. The Typography Collage series is currently the only non-phrase oriented design I make. It is simply a celebration of fonts, and color, and analog printing to create something beautiful for your space!

I really enjoy orchestrating all the different letters and ornaments in the background to create the textured field. But what I love most is the shifting luster where the inks overlap — another lovely reminder of the analog, hand-made letterpress process.

This version has a couple new twists to it: this is the first one to feature green and also the first horizontal version!

Also, for the first time I printed the design on two different papers, with slight ink adjustments to accommodate the paper color. This print was crafted on my favorite speckled white paper and also a nice textured tan paper.
