Beloved holy ones, at this time in your world, there is so much happening that it may be difficult to experience the possibility of healing or rest, recovery or recuperation after difficult times.
The divine holy Earth is providing some of this healing vibration even now as she undergoes such significant planetary changes.
The divine love and light within her sacred core is emanating from the very center of her physical and energetic body, and can be accessed through your breath and through your consciousness.
If you have the opportunity to sit upon her sacred surfaces, you may be able to feel this more directly, however, your consciousness can connect you with this healing even if you are in a building or otherwise physically more separated from her sacred grounds.
You can breathe from the bottoms of your feet all the way up to the top of your head this nourishing balm of loving, divine nourishment and nurturance.
And as you fully receive this energy, your body naturally exhales anything that is no longer needed, any stress you may be carrying or burdens from previous moments.
This gift is available, dearest beloved ones, and can be received at any time through your prayer and sitting quietly for even a few moments, receiving the nourishment of the holy Earth all the way through your sacred body, and allowing that nourishment to dissolve, to dispel, and to clear anything that is separating you from the experience of being loved and nurtured.
