The world of energy healing contains a vast body of knowledge. That said, if I had to summarize what I’ve learned from the countless teachers and books I’ve explored into it’s core, I’d say it was this:
The human body is a vessel for life force energy.
Disease or pain results from stagnant or blocked energy.
Healing is the process of returning energy flow.
It begs asking, if energy flow in the body is essential to our health and healing, how can we best support that flow in our own bodies?
Is regular physical exercise enough or is there something else?
There is a light grid in the energy vehicle of all living creatures.
Life force calls to life force. Health is the unobstructed interaction of the life force in your grid with the source of that life force. Healing is quite simply the removal of obstructions to that free connection and the reconnecting of the source with its creation: you.

I used to think any movement would do. That the body just needed to be shaken loose. And that's true, to a point. But as I began to study subtle energies, I learned that there is a difference between energy moving and energy being led. A river doesn't just move water. It carves a path the water learns to follow every time. That's what breath does when it's married to intention. It's not exercise for the energy body. It's a channel we carve, morning after morning, until the energy knows the way home.
“Through the breath also lies the deeper activation of the body’s energy system, rooted in the central channel described in Vedic traditions as the sushumna nadi. This energetic pathway runs from the base of the spine to the crown of the head, connecting the seven energy chakras — the vibratory centers that harmonize our inner and outer worlds.”

One exercise that I adapted from the late Rosicrucian teacher Robert Gilbert became a foundational morning practice for directing energy flow through my body. I call it Uniting Heaven On Earth (shared below for paid subscribers) because breath and hand gestures guide the energies of Earth and Heaven (Sky), calling them up from below and down from above, and guiding them into the heart.
The entire practice takes about five minutes, and over time, you groove the energetic pathways in the body between the Earth and Sky.
I created this video to guide you through:
