Hello Divine child. I hope that you are well, and I thank you for being here.
From the alphabet to declarations of independence, from huts to skyscrapers, from sonatas to symphonies, from sleds to commercial jets and everything in between — humans are constantly creating. We are creators, innovators — working to make life here on Earth easier, safer, and better for ourselves and each other.
You might not think of yourself as a creator, but you are. Every thought you think, every feeling you have, every frequency you send out is an act of creation. The question is: are you creating what you want?
If you had a magic wand that could make anything happen, what would you do? What would you create? What would you heal, what would you make, what would you build? Would you cure disease, end war, solve world hunger, give everyone a mansion? Or maybe you’d start smaller — pay off your loans, fix your car, quit your job. There’s no wrong answer. But you’d probably do something to make your life better. As a human, it’s in your nature.
Here’s the big secret: you do have a magic wand. You are the magic wand.
When you embody what it would feel like to achieve all those things — to live in a world of peace, health, joy, and love — you help create it. The Universal Laws say that everything is energy vibrating at different frequencies, and when you tap into the frequencies you want to experience, you bring them closer to reality. That’s why so many of us run into the same patterns over and over again — because we’re creating on autopilot. If every thought we think and every feeling we have creates our experience, and we keep unconsciously thinking and feeling the same things over and over, our lives will stay the same. But the more time we spend consciously thinking and feeling the things we want to experience, the more our life will align with those frequencies.
It’s all about shifting your mindset. And while that might sound daunting, take a breath and know that you can do it. It won’t happen overnight, but every step you take is a step closer to the life you actually want.
Here are some simple ways to create more consciously in everyday life:
Quieting the ego-mind is one of the most important parts of rewriting old habits and programs, and practicing meditation or mindfulness exercises is one of the best ways to do that. It doesn’t have to be a long or highly-structured practice. Find what works for you, and stay as consistent as you can.
Whether you’d rather spend time listing all the things you’re grateful for, or spend some time dreaming up a future that brings you joy, or both, writing down these thoughts can help keep your mind focused and in a higher frequency.
So often we follow a routine just because it’s a routine, not because it serves our higher good. What daily events can you shift so that you spend a bit more time enjoying things that lift you up? Maybe it’s as simple as starting a hobby that engages your talents, taking a walk after dinner, or reading before bed instead of scrolling. These little changes can have a big impact.
In the same vein, what daily events can you modify so that you spend less time doing or consuming things that don’t make you feel good? Maybe it’s saying “No, thanks,” to drinks with coworkers, or spending less time on your phone. Again, little changes like these can create a snowball effect, leading to more choices that make you feel even better.
It’s easy to slip back into those autopilot mindsets — thinking and feeling the same things you don’t want to think and feel — so when this happens, you can use a mantra to refocus your conscious creation efforts and bring your energy back up. It could be something like, “I am a powerful creator,” or, “I love myself.”
Remember, everyone has free will (including you). Waiting for other people to change — or trying to force them to change — won’t get you anywhere. So focus on yourself, and use your creative energy to create what you want.
Know that as you work to shift your mindset, the journey will not be linear. There will be ups and downs, periods of great success, and periods of falling backwards. But that’s okay. It’s all part of the process. Really shifting your mindset takes time. But eventually, your autopilot thoughts and feelings will change. You will have spent so much time consciously thinking and feeling what you desire that you will create new patterns. But the difference will be that these new patterns will help you create the life you actually want.
Are you ready?
