Last month, a woman walked into one of our morning sessions.
Let’s call her Anita.
She wasn’t looking for enlightenment.
She wasn’t interested in spirituality.
She simply wanted one thing.
“I just want this anxiety to stop.”
She told me she’d tried everything.
Meditation.
Medication.
Positive thinking.
Books.
Courses.
Affirmations.
For a while, each one helped.
Then the anxiety returned.
Almost like it had been waiting for her.
As we began the process, nothing unusual happened.
She closed her eyes.
She breathed.
She allowed herself to feel.
Then something shifted.
Her shoulders became heavy.
Her breathing changed.
Tears appeared before words did.
After a long silence she whispered,
“I don’t think this belongs to me.”
I didn’t answer.
Sometimes healing doesn’t need another voice.
It only needs space.
Later she told us something she had never connected before.
Her mother had lived most of her life worrying.
Her grandmother too.
Every conversation in the family began with,
“What if something goes wrong?”
Nobody called it anxiety.
They called it being responsible.
Being practical.
Being careful.
Fear had quietly become the family’s way of loving.
That morning...
Anita wasn’t trying to become fearless.
She was simply seeing something clearly for the first time.
Maybe she wasn’t broken.
Maybe she had become loyal to a story that began long before she was born.
And once she could see it...
She no longer had to carry it.
A few weeks later she sent me a message.
“I slept through the night.”
Seven simple words.
Most people would read them and move on.
But anyone who’s lived with anxiety knows...
Sometimes one peaceful night feels like winning your life back.
This is why I continue doing these morning sessions.
Not because I have all the answers.
But because every week I watch someone discover that what they thought was their identity...
...was often just an inherited pattern.
And when that happens,
hope quietly returns.
If you’ve ever wondered,
“Why do I react this way?”
“Why do I always feel this?”
“Why can’t I change?”
Maybe the question isn’t,
“What’s wrong with me?”
Maybe it’s,
“What have I been carrying?”
Sometimes that’s where healing begins.
Every weekday morning at 8:00 AM IST, we gather inside The Conscious Creation Space.
Not to become different people.
But to gently put down what was never ours to carry.
If your heart says yes...
I’d love to welcome you.
Join the Conscious Creation Space.
With love,
Hitesh Bhatia
